Little Arrows Childcare Center is so excited that you have considered being a part of our LACC Family! Our enrollment process is designed to be as smooth and convenient as possible for busy parents. However, please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or to schedule a tour of our facilities.

Our Process

It will be easy If you follow these steps:


Step 1:

Complete a Tour

Schedule a tour or visit our locations during the following hours (we will try to serve you as best possible if you just drop by):

  • 8am-12pm
  • 3pm-5pm


Step 2:

Schedule an Enrollment Appointment

We will send you a link to our paperless enrollment portal with all of the necessary forms to be completed before your appointment. You will be able to complete the documents directly on your phone and we can even assist, if you let us know ahead of time.


Step 3:

Set Up Brightwheel

We want you to get connected immediately and will start sending you messages before your child(ren)'s first day. This allows you to get used to communicating with us consistently while giving you access to real-time updates/lesson plans and the ability to manage your account. 


Step 4:

Arrange Your Family's First Day of Attendance

Once we complete your enrollment appointment and ensure that you have access to the appropriate systems, we will schedule your first day. This is when the excitement really begins! We will provide you with a welcome letter that highlights everything you need for a successful start and welcome any questions or concerns that we can address to help your family prepare to attend with us.

Enrollment FAQ

  • What age groups do you serve?

    We provide care for children from infants through school-age, including toddlers, preschoolers, and children up to 6th grade (12 years of age).

  • How do I begin the enrollment process?

    To start enrollment, schedule a tour and complete our  paperwork. Once that is submitted, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including setting up your parent portal.

  • Is there year-round enrollment?

    Yes, we offer rolling open enrollment throughout the year, allowing families to join our center whenever they are ready.

  • What qualifications do your teachers have?

    Our teachers are highly qualified, with backgrounds in early childhood education and child development. Each staff member also undergoes a thorough background check and regular training to ensure the highest standards of care.

  • How do payments work?

    Payments can be made securely online through our parent portal. We also accept payments through Hamilton County Jobs & Family Services (HCJFS) for those utilizing provider connection.

  • Can I enroll before scheduling a tour?

    You are able conduct enrollment virtually, however, we strongly encourage all families to schedule a tour to meet our team and explore our facilities before finalizing enrollment to ensure Little Arrows is the right fit.

  • What safety measures are in place for my child?

    The safety of your child is our top priority. We maintain code secured facilities, follow strict health guidelines, and all staff undergo FBI/BCI background checks to ensure a safe environment.

  • Do you offer transportation services?

    We only offer transportation to school for our "School-Aged" program. We currently do not offer transportation for our other programs.
