  • Do you have literacy programs?

    Our center offers literacy programs that include monthly visits from the Cincinnati Public Library and weekly trips there. These activities help integrate reading into children's daily routines.

  • Do you have security measures?

    We implement comprehensive security measures including advanced keypad entry systems and video surveillance in all rooms. Our staff undergoes FBI/BCI background checks, and we adhere to strict health protocols to maintain a secure environment.

  • Do you provide meals?

    We provide all meals and snacks for children in our care.

  • Do I need to bring supplies for my infant?

    Our center supplies diapers (up to sizes 5-6) and wipes for infants at no additional cost.

  • Can I see how my child is doing during the day?

    We utilize the BrightWheel app to provide real-time updates on your child's activities and progress throughout the day, keeping you connected and informed.

  • How do I begin the enrollment process?

    The enrollment process begins with scheduling a tour and completing our paperwork. Upon submission, we will guide you through subsequent steps, including setting up your parent portal.

  • Is there year-round enrollment?

    We offer continuous open enrollment throughout the year, allowing families to join our center at any time.

  • What qualifications do your teachers have?

    Our teachers are credentialed in early childhood education and child development. All staff members undergo thorough background checks and participate in ongoing training to maintain high standards of care.

  • How do payments work?

    Payments can be made online through our secure parent portal. We also accept payments through Hamilton County Jobs & Family Services (HCJFS) for eligible families.

  • Do you offer transportation services?

    We provide transportation services exclusively for our 'School Aged' program to and from school. Currently, we do not offer transportation for our other programs.
